Biographies of Aligned Integrity Coaches

Sidney E. Bostian – Sidney is the Founder and Chief Executive of Aligned Integrity International. He brings  unique skills and experiences to bear for the benefit of the company's clients. He holds BA and Master of Economics degrees, while having completed all work except the dissertation for a PhD in Financial Economics (ABD) at North Carolina State University. Following his time as a student at NC State, Sidney served as a senior executive at EF Hutton, Paine Webber, Inc. and Security Pacific National Bank where he had responsibility for approximately half of the bank's global capital markets businesses (US, UK, Canada, Australia) and was responsible for the bank's global residential real estate businesses. While at Security Pacific Mr. Bostian led two history making transactions for the company: the first public securities underwriting by a bank in the post Glass-Steagall era and the largest single credit commercial real estate securitization prior to the 1990's (that record might still be intact).

After leaving the investment banking, Sidney served as CEO of four community banking organizations – all turnarounds and led startup efforts for two de novo banks. Additionally, he served as CEO of a medical device startup and is coauthor of a medical device patent. From 2010 through 2020 he was Clinical Professor of Finance at a major university business school. Throughout his career Mr. Bostian found that his true professional calling was the twofold work of talent development and building ethical, high performing organizational cultures. Added to his professional background, he brings more than a decade as a semiprofessional musician and 26 years as a Presbyterian elder to creative coaching of executives and business owners who seek high achievement from a foundation of strong ethical integrity.

Dr. Leslie S. Jewett – Dr. Jewett is a senior coach with Aligned Integrity. Leslie holds a multidisciplinary doctoral degree from the George Washington University, with concentrations in psychology, business and education. Additionally, she was an assistant professor in the George Washington University of Medicine and Health Sciences,  as well as a member of the Academic Medical Staff of the Children's National Medical Center. In these roles, Dr. Jewett provided coaching, as well as life and career planning support to medical professionals and to executives of healthcare organizations. She has deep expertise in negotiating the demands and pressures of the modern healthcare environment.

Dr. Jewett brings extraordinary professional and technical expertise to Aligned Integrity. Just as importantly she lives out the Company's commitment to the critical role of integrity, empathy and ethical accountability in building high performance careers and organizations. While coaching expertise is transferrable across a wide variety of industry and organizational settings, Dr. Jewett allows our company to have special strength in serving the needs of those in the healing professions and those who manage the healthcare system.

Finally, when not coaching or advising high achieving professionals, Dr. Jewett spends significant time designing jewelry for distribution by department stores and specialty retailers. Like, Mr. Bostian, Dr. Jewett sees no conflict between making room for creative pursuits in life and pursuit of high performance in a professional or management calling.
